PAYMENT TERMS

When you contact us for the projects you like, we pick you up from the airport, host you at our facilities and offer you the following options when you decide to buy after on-site presentations,

GBP 2,000 for a TWO WEEK BOOKING,
If you want to make a 1 MONTH BOOKING, you will need to pay 5.000 GBP. In this way, the house you like will be optioned only for you for a period of time.

Then you will pay 35% in advance and the remaining 65% will be paid periodically. This plan is requested from you on a step-by-step basis, MONTHLY, TWO MONTHLY, THREE MONTHLY, depending on the process.

3.000 GBP ELECTRICITY AND CLEAN WATER FREE
5% VAT IS ADDED ON THE SALE PRICE.

Site Maintenance, Property Management and Rental Services

The site will offer free shuttle services to the Golf course and our other seafront project, UNITS 55, which is located only 2 minutes away. Therefore residents of UNITS 154 can come and use the facilities located at UNITS 55, such as the beach, cinema, GYM, tennis court, basketball court, mini-golf, childrens playground, restaurant, mini-market, sauna, Turkish bath, massage, beauty center, indoor swimming pool. Residents if UNITS 154 are welcome to use the facilities provided at UNITS 55.

The maintenance fee will be 60 GBP per month and it will cover the maintenance of the communal areas of the site (swimming Pool, shared garden areas, cleaning of site), the water pump system, CCTV Security Camera Systems on site.

Pre-sale and after-sale services will also be provided to the residents of UNITS 154. Any needs or requirements in property related matters will be dealt by our 24/7 services.
