When you contact us for the projects you like, we pick you up from the airport, host you at our facilities and offer you the following options when you decide to buy after on-site presentations,

GBP 2,000 for a TWO WEEK BOOKING,
If you want to make a 1 MONTH BOOKING, you will need to pay 5.000 GBP. In this way, the house you like will be optioned only for you for a period of time.

Then you will pay 35% in advance and the remaining 65% will be paid periodically. This plan is requested from you on a step-by-step basis, MONTHLY, TWO MONTHLY, THREE MONTHLY, depending on the process.

5% VAT IS ADDED ON THE SALE PRICE.

Site Maintenance, Property Management and Rental Services

The maintenance of the communal amenities at UNITS 55 will be done by our Site Management Office. The cleaning of the communal pools, landscaping, lighting, security, garbage collection and all communal facilties on-site will be managed through our Site Management Office. The monthly maintenance fees for each household will be 120 GBP. This price also includes the repainting of the whole site every 5 years.

Furthermore, pre-sale and after-sale services will also be provided to the residents of UNITS 55. Any needs or requirements in property related matters will be dealt by our 24/7 services.

The Management Office will also be providing rental services for those who would like to rent their properties whether it be at high seasons or off season.
